Introduction

Scholarship is an integral part of the admission process at ISquareIT. Students can take benefit of various scholarships announced by the Government of India through their National Scholarship Portal –https://scholarships.gov.in/ and Government of Maharashtra through their MahaDBT Portal – https://mahadbt.maharashtra.gov.in/ have provided various scholarship schemes for students.
 
It is mandatory for all regular students admitted through CAP Round under Reserved Category (SC, ST, SBC, SEBC, DT-VJ, NT1 (NT-B) / NT2 (NT-C) / NT3 (NT-D), OBC and EWS) to complete the online form filling process for Govt. Scholarship / Freeship / any other on the MahaDBT Portal.

  3. Students who have 2 Years or more than two Year GAP, he/she will not be allowed to fill online form to avail benefit of any Govt. Scheme.
  4. Applicant should be Domicile of Maharashtra State.
  5. Students are required to maintain minimum 75% attendance throughout the A.Y. 2025 – 26.

    Eligibility Criteria as per Central Govt. Norms on National Scholarship Portal https://scholarships.gov.in/

    1. The candidate should be admitted to First year of Degree level course OR Second year of Degree level course through lateral entry in any of the AICTE approved Institution of respective year
    2. Specially-abled student, having disability of not less than 40%.
    3. Student’s Family Annual Income of previous Financial Year 2024 - 2025_Less than or equal to Rs. 8,00,000
    4. Students who have 2 Years or more than two Year GAP, are NOT eligible to avail Benefit of any Govt. Scholarship.
    5. Students are required to maintain at least 75% attendance throughout the A.Y. 25 - 26.
    6. Applicant should not avail benefit of any other Govt. Scheme / Stipend in current A.Y. 2025-26.

    Schemes Benefits as per Maharashtra Govt. Norms

    • 50,000/- per annum for every year of study i.e. maximum 4 years for first year admitted students and maximum 3 years for second year admitted students through lateral entry as lump sum amount towards payment of college fee, purchase of computer, stationeries, books, equipment, software etc.
    • No other additional grant will be payable in lieu of hostel charges and medical charges etc.

    Eligibility Criteria as per Central Govt. Norms on National Scholarship Portal https://scholarships.gov.in/

    1. The candidate should be admitted to First year of Degree/ Diploma level course in any of the AICTE approved institutions of respective year.  
      OR 
      Second year of Degree Diploma Level  Course through lateral entry in any of the  AICTE Approved Institute of respective year.
    2. Family Income from all sources should not be more than Rs. 8 Lakh per annum during the current financial year. A valid income certificate issued by State / UT Government need to enclose.
    3. Only two children

      1. Any number of Girls applicants allowed.

      2. Boys Applicants maximum 2 of the same parent will be eligible for the Scholarship.

    4. Students are required to maintain at least 75% attendance throughout the A.Y. 25 – 26

    5. Applicant should not avail benefit of any other Govt. Scheme / Stipend in current A.Y. 2025-26.
