International Institute of Information Technology (I²IT), Pune The International Institute of Information Technology (I²IT), Pune [pronounced as I Square IT] was established in the year 2011 as a world class academy to impart high-end education in Engineering and Technology to meet the growing needs of the industry. Established on 10 acres of land, this institute equips students to accept challenges in the areas of Information Technology, Engineering and other niche areas of expertise.

I²IT is an Engineering Institute approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi; Recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Govt. of Maharashtra and is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University. It offers 4 years full-time B. Tech. courses in Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Electronics and Telecommunication with approximately 1500+ students on campus. The institute had introduced the 2 years full-time M. Tech. course in Computer Engineering from AY 2025-26.

I²IT is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with “A” Grade in Accreditation Cycle 2. The accreditation is valid for a period of 5 years from 03/09/2024 to 02/09/2029. Furthermore, two programmes viz: Computer Engineering and Electronics & Telecommunication are conferred with National Board of Accreditation valid for a period of 3 years from 30/05/2023 to 30/06/2026.

The three co-ordinates for all the courses offered are theoretical foundations, applied practices and real – life experiences; which are achieved through spacious and comfortable lecture rooms, well-resourced laboratories and hands-on project work in association with various companies. The whole teaching – learning environment is geared towards nurturing innovation and building leadership.
