The Board of Student Development and NSS of the International Institute of Information Technology (I²IT), Pune organized a guest lecture on  “Awareness about safety and security in Public Life”. Maximum students participated in the lecture. The introduction of the Guest was given by Prof M S Waghmare, The police inspector Sandeep Deshmukh gave practical thought about safety and security. Also, he threw light on different issues on social media, blackmailing on phones, fake accounts, cyber security, banking fraud, etc. The question and answer session was conducted in the last fifteen min.
