Poster Making Competition – Topic: Waste Management and Pollution Control

Posters competition for Audit Course of SE on topic “Waste Management and Pollution Control” was conducted on 6th April 2024, 10:00AM – 12:30 PM. The participants displayed the posters under the competition and were awarded a prize based on criteria of creativity, presentation skills, teamwork and QA. I²IT Republic Day 2022-23

Security staff dressed in the Ceremonial Dress code welcomed the respected Principal from the staircase, and marched near the Flag Post. Mr. Vilas Gaiwal accompanied the chief guest principal for initiating the Flag Hoisting ceremony. Flag hoisting was carried out by the Principal of the College Dr. Vaishali Patil followed by National Anthem at 8.30 am. After National Anthem Principal gave away her thoughts on the occasion, then Student anchors Ketki and Gayatri took over the stage and initiated the cultural programme by giving a great background of the event. Firstly TE student Lipi Chaudhary sang Saraswati Vandana on account of Vasant Panchami in her melodious voice, followed by a Dance performance of Bharatnatyam by Student Krishna Elle on patriotic track, then Prof. Ravindra Joshi shared his important thoughts regarding republic India on the stage followed by a song performance by Prof. Mahesh Waghmare then a beautiful song performance by Aditya Swami and partner was given Lastly NSS students Shubham Mote and group displayed a very inspiring play on current scenario regarding patriotism and thus concluded the event. Faculty Orientation Program on “Laboratory Practice – VI” (BE 2019 Course)

This one-day online Faculty Orientation Program on Laboratory Practice – VI (BE 2019 course) was organized by the Department of Computer Engineering, I²IT, and the Board of Studies Computer Engineering, SPPU. The objective of this Faculty Orientation Program was to orient faculty members towards the BE revised syllabus for Laboratory Practice VI and to bring uniformity in teaching across all colleges under SPPU, Pune. During the course of this FOP, 8 sessions on laboratory assignments of 8 courses coming under the Elective V and Elective VI were conducted. The sessions were delivered by 9 eminent speakers who are experts in their respective subjects. Around 350 registrations from various institutes from Savitribai Phule University were received. 5th IEEE Pune Section’s International Conference on Information, Implementation & Innovation in Technology

The fifth IEEE PuneCon 2022, the Annual Flagship Conference of the IEEE Pune Section was organized by the IEEE Pune Section, International Institute of Information Technology (I²IT) in association with Persistent Systems in hybrid mode. The theme of the conference was Information, Implementation & Innovation in Technology.

The first day of the conference was dedicated to the pre-conference workshops. The conference was inaugurated on 16th December 2022 followed by keynote sessions and paper presentations on 16th and 17th December 2022.

The theme of this 5th edition of the conference is ‘Information, Implementation, and Innovation in Technology’ which includes all aspects of Information, Implementation, and Technological Innovations to bring together Researchers, Engineers, and practitioners.
